2024 Annual Meeting Faculty Registration

Event Details / Hotel Reservations

On behalf of our OEIS meeting attendees, a special group room rate of $125.00 per night (plus taxes and resort fee) has been negotiated for your stay at Paris Las Vegas. To make your reservations, please CLICK HERE.

For guests that prefer to phone in reservations, may call 1-800-CAESARS (223-7277). Use the group code to identify the group, SPOEI4D. However, be aware that a processing fee per reservation will be incurred if you choose NOT to use your dedicated weblink.

Please note guests may make reservations in the block at group rate until Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.

The deadline to submit presentations is Monday, April 8, 2024.

NOTE about using Safari browser or mobile devices to register as an speaker: If you are trying to complete this form using Safari or on an Apple or Android mobile device the form may fail to submit your registration properly. This is a known problem with Safari Browser and some mobile devices. If you experience a problem, please register on a desktop/laptop computer and use either Firefox or Chrome web browsers. NOTE: ALL presentations must be 16:9 Widescreen. There will be issues projecting your presentation if it is not formatted in 16:9 Standard Format, and therefore we request that you use the PowerPoint presentation slide deck template provided below.

Once you have completed your presentation, you may email the .pptx file to julie@oeisregistry.com.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING REQUIRED MATERIALS: While it is best if you upload ALL required materials now, we understand that some of you may not be ready to do so. If you do not have one or more of the required components – i.e, presentation, bio, photo, or curriculum vitae – ready right this moment, we ask that you still proceed with the speaker registration below NOW and submit what you have. This allows us to plan and schedule. You will still be able to return to this page and submit the rest of your required materials later, if necessary.

Please upload your properly formatted presentation and all other required supplemental materials by no later than Friday June 3, 2022. If you do need to submit some of your materials later, please return to this page and complete the Speaker Registration Form below again to submit the missing materials.
